DIRECTORY UPDATE: Please update your church directory with Jana Bosscher’s new phone number in the printed bulletin.

• Today, we install our new elders and deacons. There is no communion today.
• Sunday school will resume January 14.

VESPERS: Next week, Jan. 14, at Meadow Greens. Group 1 - Homer (leader) & Betty Wigboldy, John (leader) & Jane Schouten, Jerry & Sue Meenderinck, Dolores Bosman, Les & Marcia Mulder, Jan Herwerden, Ruth Tiersma, Gertrude Statema.

FAITH PROMISE: The Outreach Committee is asking all members to make a Faith Promise Pledge next Sunday morning, January 14. Your pledge will help determine what organizations and missionaries we will support in 2018.

STRONG MEMBERS: This morning we need some Bethel members to help us take the furniture out of Classroom 4 in the church basement and bringing it to the second floor of the Quilt House using the outside stairway. Moms’ Time Out has about 25 infants and toddlers signed up, so we are making room for a second nursery.

COFFEE AND REFRESHMENTS: The Hospitality Committee is recruiting a person to assist with coordinating coffee and refreshments at funerals when Donna Steiger is not available. Please contact Kerri Meenderinck if you are willing to serve in this capacity.

MEN’S BIBLE STUDY: The Men’s Bible Study at Arnold Folkertsma’s house will resume January 10 at 7:00. We will begin a new DVD series by Ray VanderLaan.

GEMS: See you tomorrow for our first meeting of 2018 at 7:00 pm!

FELLOWSHIP GROUP #5: We will have our potluck next Sunday, January 14 after the morning worship service. Please let Mark or Edie Tennant or Ed or Julie Ball know if you will be able to attend. Please bring a salad or dessert to share and come and enjoy fellowship and a meal together.

TUESDAY MORNING LADIES: God willing, we will begin the study of Romans on January 9. Please do Lesson 1. New ladies welcome.
