2 Corinthians: The Spirit’s Work Through Suffering

Beginning on September 22, Pastor Bryan begins a series through the book of 2 Corinthians. Through our study of Paul’s second letter to the church in Corinth, we will discover several beautiful themes. One of the biggest themes is the reality of suffering and how the Spirit is at work in the midst of suffering. Tied to this is our dependence of the grace of God revealed in Christ. We will consider how the lives of believers are transformed by the Spirit and point ahead to the coming new creation. Finally, we will see how Christ’s death and resurrection is central to our hope.
